The North Site of the Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone (MMSEZ SOC) is strategically located near Musina, close to the Beitbridge border with Zimbabwe, making it a key gateway for trade into the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. This site is primarily focused on logistics, agro-processing, and light industrial activities, taking advantage of its proximity to the N1 highway and Transnet rail infrastructure.
